Restaurant General Manager Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Sales Growth track record driven by operational excellence and contribution to your community
- Exceeding Guest expectations and excited to be the "face" in the dining room and community
- Strong Business acumen to ensure a highly successful business for the guests and the company
- 3+ years as an Assistant General Manager or higher level position
- Passionate about taking great care of your people
- Dedicated to hands-on leadership in both the kitchen and restaurant
