We are looking for a high-volume, fine-dining Manager for our unique local staple! Our managers are thoroughly trained and developed in our unique restaurant, this is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious restaurant professional to develop their career. We don't want a micromanager, an office manager, or an armchair QB, we want a true leader who leads from the front and by example, a person who embodies a true love of hospitality!

Fine Dining Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale casual or fine dining, full-service, restaurant
  • At least 7 years total experience in full-service restaurants
  • An even-keeled personality who runs a program with confidence and professionalism
  • A true love of hospitality, live music, and great guest service!

Fine Dining Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Train, and manage team members
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef on service execution with the BOH team
  • Make connections with the guests and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Work with the ownership and leadership on strategy
  • Ensure consistent, amazing service to all guests!
