Director of Human Resources Qualifications and Experience:
- Accumulated over 8 years of substantial expertise in driving talent management initiatives and crafting robust learning strategies
- Demonstrated a consistent track record of effectively spearheading employee engagement projects within a dynamic and high-paced environment
- Proficient in implementing competency models and fostering talent growth
- Adept at harnessing MS Office or G-Suite and adeptly employing technology to tackle intricate business challenges
- Exceptional project management and communication skills, adaptable to both one-on-one interactions and group dynamics
- Possesses a strategic mindset, capable of establishing precise expectations, assessing outcomes, and ensuring personal and collective responsibility
- Exemplifies high levels of organization, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Proficient in devising and executing Talent Acquisition as well as Training and Development programs
- Mandatory possession of SHRM-CP certification
- Travel is required about 1/4 of the time
