This fine dining restaurant is well-established in North Georgia. We are seeking a Chef De Cuisine who is a natural leader, with technical skills, and a Chef who loves farm-to-table and creating new menus weekly. CDC Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3+ years in a CDC or Executive Sous role
• Proven track record
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Strong communication skills

CDC Manager Responsibilities:

• People-first culture
• Collaborating with Executive Chef and team
• Weekly provide insight to menu items
• Food safety and sanitation
• Organization of kitchen
