Senior Director of Operations Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a fun, welcoming, and all-inclusive environment for employees and guests!
- Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality where everyone is treated as a friend!
- Developing team members for success while developing your skills for future growth!
- Educating all staff members on matters relating to food safety, cleanliness, operations, and profits!
- Providing direction and positive support to a team of District Managers while all being aligned on company culture and goals!
Senior Director of Operations Qualifications Include:
- An outgoing person who loves speaking with people and being a member of a team!
- Strong desire to lead a team of people and build a team culture through positivity and creativity!
- 3+ years of experience in a Director or above role with experience overseeing at least 100 locations!
- Current Serv Safe Certification!
- Expert financial profit and loss experience!
- Previous experience creating and managing budgets!
