Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Directing sales and marketing efforts that align with the overall business strategy
- Execution and development of marketing initiatives for multifaceted business – restaurant, retail, live music, and special events to a variety of clientele
- Ability to ideate and execute meetings & events that exceed the expectations of all clients
- Uphold brand standards and core values
- Development of sales strategies that generate consistent year-over-year growth
- Excel in delivering excellent customer service
Sales & Marketing Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Sales Manager role in a high-volume F&B Event Venue Sales
- Genuine enthusiasm for Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Track record of progression in work history – responsive communication is required
- Background in music industry a plus
- Strong ethics and high integrity
