Executive Sous Chef

We are actively seeking a qualified individual to become part of our family. As an experienced Chef, you will oversee the daily operations of our establishment’s kitchen staff. As the Executive Sous Chef, you will report to the Executive Chef. Responsible for overseeing food preparation and execution, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, controlling costs, and monitoring inventory levels.

Executive Sous Chef Benefits and Responsibilities:

Oversee the BOH operations of high-volume F&B operations.
Train, coach, and develop kitchen employees in designated stations.
Oversee food ordering, and monitor inventory levels and inventory.
Collaborate with leadership and the FOH team to ensure an excellent product.

Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of Kitchen Management experience in a full-service environment.
In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen systems, and safety regulations.
Ability to work well in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
A culinary degree or additional culinary training would be a plus.
High degree of energy with a positive attitude.
