General Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant team, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of motivated and talented individuals. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and provide ongoing coaching and development to maximize team performance
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to food preparation, inventory management, scheduling, and equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, monitor quality and optimize cost efficiency
General Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least four years as a General Manager
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and health and safety regulations
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
