Restaurant General Manager's Responsibilities:

Uphold brand standards and core values
Lead, coach, and develop a team in a high-volume, hands-on setting
Define and achieve financial and business goals
Excel in delivering excellent guest satisfaction
Consistently deliver and provide high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
Serve as a mentor and coach to junior management staff in understanding the business's financial goals.

Restaurant General Manager's Qualifications:

4+ years High Volume Full Service Scratch Restaurant Senior Leadership Position
Strong sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and high integrity
Highly skilled managing P&L
Track record of progression in work history
Work with a sense of urgency and skilled problem solver
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong ethics and high integrity
