Restaurant Operations Manager's Responsibilities:
- Uphold brand standards and core values
- Lead, train, and develop a team in a high-volume, hands-on setting
- Define and guide management toward achieving financial goals with labor and sales
- Excel in delivering excellent guest satisfaction and resolving challenges
- Consistently deliver and provide high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Serve as a mentor and coach to hourly staff in delivering steps of service
Restaurant Operations Manager's Qualifications:
- 3+ years High Volume Full-Service Scratch Restaurant Leadership Position Experience
- Strong sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and high integrity
- Track record of progression in work history
- Work with a sense of urgency and skilled problem solver
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Basic understanding of P&L
- Strong ethics and high integrity
