Restaurant Operations Manager's Responsibilities:

Uphold brand standards and core values
Lead, train, and develop a team in a high-volume, hands-on setting
Define and guide management toward achieving financial goals with labor and sales
Excel in delivering excellent guest satisfaction and resolving challenges
Consistently deliver and provide high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
Serve as a mentor and coach to hourly staff in delivering steps of service

Restaurant Operations Manager's Qualifications:

3+ years High Volume Full-Service Scratch Restaurant Leadership Position Experience
Strong sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and high integrity
Track record of progression in work history
Work with a sense of urgency and skilled problem solver
Excellent verbal and written communication
Basic understanding of P&L
Strong ethics and high integrity
