General Manager Requirements
- 5+ years of Full Service Upscale or Jr. Luxury Hotel experience in a General Manager or similar role.
- Possess a clear understanding of hotel financial reporting, including developing and managing budgets and P&Ls.
- An ownership work ethic that will run the hotel in partnership with ownership.
- Can develop hotel SOPs and implement new systems to improve sales and guest service
General Manager Responsibilities
- Overall management of the hotel property
- Financial reporting and budget management
- Help grow the brand status nationally
- Keep the hotel active in the local community
- Provide clear and efficient communication to ownership without needing to be micro-managed
