We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager or Chef who has upscale scratch cooking experience. Knowledge of strong systems and standards from a corporate brand is critical to being successful in this position.

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on developing and mentoring a team around you
• Must come from Full-Service Dining
• Experience in a corporate restaurant setting for 3+ years
• Ability to multi-task and interact with both FOH and BOH seamlessly
• Excellent culinary background with a strong focus on quality and high standards
• Willingness to learn new systems and own them in the future
• Training out of state 4-6 weeks
