Restaurant Sous Chef Responsibilities

Support and assist in the preparation and design of all food orders
Maintain the highest standards of brand, local health, safety, and food preparation hygiene requirements
Uphold culinary standards and core values
Excel in delivering excellent customer service
Consistently deliver and provide high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO TRAIN OUT OF TOWN FOR 6 WEEKS

Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications

Strong sense of ownership and high integrity
Track record of progression in work history – responsive communication is required
Strong ethics and high integrity
