Restaurant Operating Partner Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful restaurant management/leadership operations experience
- Proven track record of leading people
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and experience in Excel
- Drive-thru experience
- Strong communication skills
