A Restaurant General Manager is needed for an SFO Counter-service Cafe with a Scratch Kitchen

As a Restaurant General Manager, you should have the following experience and abilities:

  • 3+ years leading as a GM in a scratch quick-service or fast-casual restaurant
  • Experience in Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
  • Able to lead and develop a success-oriented union team
  • Airport experience is a plus
  • Proven success managing financials and creating profit
  • Good or reasonably explained tenure
  • Food Handler Manager Certification
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
