Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant experienced in finance and construction. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate with the flexibility and adaptability to handle shifting priorities and unexpected changes. This position is not remote, and the candidate will be working in Staten Island.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support the President's daily operations with professionalism and discretion
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently
- Prepare materials, handle correspondence, and conduct research
- Maintain confidentiality and facilitate communication
- Assist with special projects and organizational tasks
Executive Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher in Business Management
- Proven experience supporting Senior Executives
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern office tech
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and positive attitude
- Finance and construction background preferred
Executive Assistant Benefits:
