Reporting to Director of Nursing, we seek a compassionate and dedicated RN / ADON to help lead our nursing team.
ASST DIRECTOR OF NURSING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with families, residents, and physicians as needed
- Participate in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed
- Ensure the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
ASST. DIRECTOR OF NURSING REQUIREMENTS:
- RN / Registered Nurse
- 3+ years experience in a nursing leadership role
- A strong understanding of skilled nursing regulations in VA
ASST. DIRECTOR OF NURSING BENEFITS:
- Competitive base salary ($83,969 to $120,000 DOE) plus bonus
- A generous $5K sign on
