Exciting opportunity to drive the development and growth of a strategic addition to a beauty brand portfolio. Must have a proven ability to lead cross functional teams and work with high-level external stakeholders. Marketing background in Beauty required.

Senior Marketing Director Responsibilities:

  • Craft marketing calendars and 360-degree go-to-market strategies using insights and analytics.
  • Guide teams with clear direction and priorities, fostering strategic thinking.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns, liaisie with creative agencies, and driving campaign execution to achieve goals.
  • Create and maintain a positive and professional work culture
  • Partner with sales teams to enhance retail productivity and sell-through by aligning efforts and strategies
  • Collaborate closely with brand partners and cross-functional teams, creating compelling storytelling that boosts brand discovery and trial.

Senior Marketing Director Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of brand marketing in beauty product experience required
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Experience developing multifaceted brand campaigns and product launches
  • Inspiring leadership style, collaborative, and capable of driving integration across teams and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, launches, and cultural conversations
