We are seeking a high-energy, self-starting General Manager of House manager for our high-volume cafes.
This position has growth potential!
GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of fast casual/cafe experience
- Develop and manage a strong team
- Address and correct issues as needed
- Communicate all important information to the leadership team
- Models proper attendance, punctuality, customer service, and overall attitude
- Sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution
- P&L experience
- Create structure and implement systems to ensure quality and consistency
- Have a fun yet professional spirit
- Self-starter with an owner-like mentality and ability to build and train a strong team
