We are seeking a high-energy, self-starting General Manager of House manager for our high-volume cafes.

This position has growth potential!

GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of fast casual/cafe experience
Develop and manage a strong team
Address and correct issues as needed
Communicate all important information to the leadership team
Models proper attendance, punctuality, customer service, and overall attitude
Sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution
P&L experience
Create structure and implement systems to ensure quality and consistency
Have a fun yet professional spirit
Self-starter with an owner-like mentality and ability to build and train a strong team
