Relocation to Napa Area! Looking for a creative, farm-to-table Chef to open a new fine dining restaurant this winter in the Napa Area. If you are passionate about local products and have had opening experience, please apply!
Restaurant Chef Responsibilities:
- Build menus, recipes, and inventory
- Promote a teaching and learning environment
- P&L, food cost, and inventory management
- Ability to partner and build relationships with management, colleagues, and local vendors while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success
- Ability to motivate others to accomplish goals
- Knowledge of food specs and execution
Restaurant Chef Requirements:
- 5+ years minimum of progressive experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Proven leadership skills, strong communication, and the ability to follow through
- High-volume experience
- Fine dining experience is required
