Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of approximately 15-20 crew members
- Execute restaurant operations effectively during assigned shifts
- Provide guests with exceptional dining experiences
- Collaborate with the General Manager and peer managers/supervisors to ensure the overall success of the restaurant
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Must have previous management or supervisory experience in a busy restaurant
- Must have flexible availability to work mornings, days, nights, weekends or holidays as needed
- Professional and polished appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Restaurant Manager Compensation:
- Bonus potential
