Franchise Business Director Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a fun, welcoming, and all-inclusive environment for employees and guests!
- Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality where everyone is treated as a friend!
- Being a liaison for franchisees to corporate and vice versa!
- Developing team members for success while developing your skills for future growth!
- Educating all staff members on matters relating to food safety, cleanliness, operations, and profits!
- Providing critical information, coaching, and knowledge to help build franchisees' success!
Franchise Business Director Qualifications Include:
- An outgoing person who loves speaking with people and being a member of a team!
- Strong desire to lead a team of people and build a team culture through positivity and creativity!
- 5+ years of experience as a Franchise Business Consultant!
- Current Serv Safe Certification!
- Expert financial profit and loss experience!
- Ability to travel frequently!
