Our boutique luxury Hotel is seeking a Director of Operations with four-star experience to join the team.

You must have a solid background in uncompromising service.

Hotel Director of Operations Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of progressive Rooms Division experience at a luxury hotel, Forbes-Rated preferred
  • Hotel and/or Restaurant Food and Beverage experience
  • Oversee Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and FOH F&B Teams
  • Proven experience as an AGM or Director of Rooms in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Experience controlling all elements of financials. Ability to create and interpret financial reports and analyze business records and statistical reports.
  • Assist the sales force in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • A keen eye for detail, highly organized, and committed to delivering the highest levels of guest satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
