Assembler Responsibilities:

  • Expertly complete the final assembly of IONEX manufactured products, adhering to project specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain and verify the functionality of all final assembly equipment
  • Report any issues or challenges related to assembly processes or equipment to the Assembly Lead
  • Coordinate with Assembly Lead to address and resolve any final assembly obstacles, ensuring project specifications, schedules, and deadlines are met
  • Perform other duties as assigned

General Responsibilities:

  1. Uphold safety compliance and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as needed, to maintain a safe working environment
  2. Consistently adhere to all company policies and procedures, while reporting to work as scheduled and on time
  3. Engage customers and coworkers with prompt, sincere, and respectful communication
  4. Foster a team-player attitude by solving problems, speaking positively about others, and listening attentively
