We are opening a new boutique hotel in the next few months and we are looking for a Hotel General Manager to help us get open and lead our team to success.

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:             

  • 3 years of Hotel operations experience with a minimum of 2 years at the mid-senior management level (AGM or above)
  • Must be a strong leader, self-motivator, team builder, and willing to work 50 hours per week (minimum 5 days per week)
  • New property opening experience is very helpful

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:          

  • Optimize and maximize Guest and Associate experience
  • Responsible for the overall success of the hotel, using strong leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profits, and ensure quality
  • Effectively manage and motivate associates to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest and associate satisfaction
  • Champion of the hotel’s internal and external communications and record keeping
