Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Role modeling expected behavior and coaching team on standards
  • Provide amazing customer service and exceeding our customer's expectations
  • Work side by side with the team in the kitchen – preparing and delivering savory food to the front line
  • Coaching, training, and onboarding team members
  • Evaluating and retraining employees
  • Opening and closing the restaurant
  • Sanitation is important! You will maintain a clean and well-stocked work area
  • Willingness to learn new things

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Must have an open availability
  • High School or equivalent (preferred)
  • Driver's License (preferred)
