Engineer General Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring they align with industry codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with different divisions to ensure project success.
  • Engage with clients, internal teams, and projects, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Embody our core values daily, fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and respect.
  • Handle projects autonomously from conception to completion.

Engineer Requirements:

  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a must.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Relevant experience in sectors such as utilities, site development, transportation, Fiber/Telecom, utility plants, or signalization.
  • Eagerness to engage in business development and expand your engineering skillset.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software tools.
  • Proximity to one of our multiple offices across Tennessee or in Charlotte, NC would be a plus.
