Restaurant Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- True leader with the ability to help build a great team
- Hands-on, in-the-trenches management style
- Strong beverage (liquor / beer / wine) knowledge
- Huge passion for great food, great beer, and great service
- The ability to thrive in high volume ($3 million+) environment
- At least one year of salaried restaurant management experience
- Working knowledge of the P&L; ability to help manage all FOH cost areas
- Responsible for FOH ordering, inventories, training, and development
- The ability to have fun at work and make work fun!!
