One of New York's best restaurant groups in NYC is opening a new restaurant and looking for a Chef De Cuisine. If you are a Chef De Cuisine. with at least 4 years of fine dining restaurant experience and looking for a new opportunity with lots of growth, then this opportunity is for you.

Chef De Cuisine Responsibilities:

•   Responsible for managing sous chefs, pastry chefs and kitchen staff 
•     Strong financial acumen, P &L, oversee cost control and bottom line profitability
•  Act as a coach and mentor by managing performance
•     Lead by example
•    Ensure that the restaurants are operating at or above standard

 Chef De Cuisine Qualifications:

•   4 years of experience in an upscale food operation
•   Culinary Degree from accredited culinary program
• Valid NYC Food Handlers Certificate
• Proficient in opening and closing procedures
• Experience in High Volume
