Restaurant Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within the Food and Beverage/Hospitality industry
- Expert proficiency with beverage program creation and execution
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Oversee Beverage operations of rooftop bar
- Implement and execute financial budgets
- Understand market trends and refine strategies to improve guest experiences and drive future sales growth
