Restaurant Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within the Food and Beverage/Hospitality industry
  • Expert proficiency with beverage program creation and execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Oversee Beverage operations of rooftop bar
  • Implement and execute financial budgets
  • Understand market trends and refine strategies to improve guest experiences and drive future sales growth
