A large and successful privately owned, multi-state, multi-brand franchise operator seeks a Fast-food Area Manager

Fast-food Area Manager Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in a multi-unit role with a fast-food brand that has a drive-through
  • Proven leadership and performance record of success in a multi-unit role working with young adults
  • Coach and empower your team to deliver a competitively superior guest dining experience by anticipating, identifying, and resolving issues that impact the guest experience
  • Staff, train, develop and retain best-in-class, engaged, guest-focused managers & staff
  • Establish plans, communicate strategy, and measure specific financial goals to achieve sustainable increases in restaurant sales and profitability
