Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Ability to coach and energize staff
- Cost control/budgetary adherence
- Uphold stringent food quality and health standards
- Dedication to hospitality and service
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Proven leadership experience and a great attitude
- Strong P&L knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with all team members
- Strong candidates will have great motivational skills with team
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
