Conference Services Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support, confirming meeting arrangements and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain regular communication with clients, building strong relationships, and delivering outstanding service
- Assist with menu planning, food and beverage coordination, and table arrangements
- Manage Banquet Event Orders, confirming guest count and requirements
- Initiate billing procedures, including deposits, pre-payments, and final payments
- Foster relationships with hotel departments, employees, and vendors
Conference Services Manager Qualifications:
- Proven success in conference services
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Strong leadership abilities, motivating the team
- Knowledge of Delphi and OnQ is a plus
