Kitchen Manager Benefits:

Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years prior management experience
- High-energy personality and can-do attitude
- Teamwork and shoulder-to-should leadership style
- Solid understanding of P&Ls
- Ability to execute consistently in a high-volume setting
Kitchen Manager Duties:
- Train and hire new staff
- Write schedules according to labor projections
- Participate in weekly manager meetings
- Produce high-quality food according to company recipes
- Ordering and Inventory
