Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years prior management experience
  • High-energy personality and can-do attitude
  • Teamwork and shoulder-to-should leadership style
  • Solid understanding of P&Ls
  • Ability to execute consistently in a high-volume setting

Kitchen Manager Duties:

  • Train and hire new staff
  • Write schedules according to labor projections
  • Participate in weekly manager meetings
  • Produce high-quality food according to company recipes
  • Ordering and Inventory
