Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire our culinary teams to consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Innovate and develop new recipes, and curate menus that celebrate the essence of Italian cuisine, spotlighting seasonal and top-quality ingredients.
• Foster strong relationships with purveyors to ensure the finest and freshest ingredients for our dishes.
• Strategically manage staffing levels to achieve operational, service, and financial goals.
• Oversee all aspects of the culinary team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Perform administrative duties such as inventory management, purchase orders, and equipment maintenance.
• Set and uphold high-performance standards within the kitchen team.
• Collaborate closely with executive management to optimize the restaurant's efficiency and success.
• Identify, support, and capitalize on new revenue opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of proven excellence in a similar leadership role.
• Mastery of authentic Italian cuisine, translating its essence into every dish.
• Proficiency in BOH systems, equipment management, inventory control, and efficient ordering practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, combined with emotional intelligence and problem-solving prowess.
• Possess a NYC Food Handler's Certificate to uphold the highest standards of food safety.
• Embrace a flexible mindset and adaptable schedule to meet the dynamic demands of our industry.
