Hotel Sales Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant sales experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Proven track record of driving business and revenue
- Demonstrated negotiation and communication skills
- Self-initiating and results-driven mindset
- Sense of urgency and flexibility in schedule
Hotel Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Highlight the unique offerings of the property to secure new business
- Stay ahead of market trends through thorough market analysis
- Collaborate with the hotel team to secure business and manage operations
