Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our client's team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record in fast casual restaurant management.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Monitor and manage budgets, including labor and food costs.
- Enforce restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast casual dining.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with new store openings a plus
