A reputable CPA firm ranked among the top 250 is seeking to hire a Merger and Acquisition Audit Manager to join their team. This role involves interacting with clients and contributing to the firm's efforts in addressing modern business requirements, including accounting, advisory, wealth management, and technology services.

Responsibilities of the Merger and Acquisition Audit Manager:

  • Collaborate closely with firm leadership to cater to clients and contribute to business growth.
  • Guide and support staff members, fostering the development of their technical and professional competencies.
  • Deliver exceptional client service.
  • Display a strong commitment to continuous learning to stay up-to-date with relevant strategies.
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency and dedication to maintaining quality, ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements for the Merger and Acquisition Audit Manager:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Possess over 5 years of experience in auditing.
  • Have more than 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Hold a CPA certification.
  • Bring experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
