Restaurant Manager
A rapidly expanding, high-end casual dining restaurant is actively looking for Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hospice department policies, procedures, and protocols
- Provide strategic planning and vision for hospice services in alignment with the organization's goals
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff, including clinicians, nurses, and other related personnel
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale casual dining.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing restaurant teams.
