Utility Project Engineer Requirements Include:

·        Provide support projects: drainage, flood protection, land/site development, transportation, water/ wastewater, etc.

·        Evaluations, design, assessments, reporting, technical drawings and specifications, and permit scheduling

·        Able to work successfully both independently as well as part of various teams

·        Familiarity with all applicable state and local requirements

·        Some off-hour work is expected

·        This role is part of a highly interactive, dynamic team and is not a hybrid position

Utility Project Engineer Qualifications Include:

·        BS in Environmental/ Civil Engineering

·        Louisiana Professional Engineer (PE) registration or ability to obtain quickly through reciprocity

·        2+ years’ experience required, with 5+ ideal

·        Experience in permitting and related coordination/ communication preferred

·        Proficient in design/ planning software: AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation, Revit, etc.

·        Proficient in MS Office Suite

·        Ideal candidates will be self-directing, methodical, organized, attentive to detail, and clear and timely communicators
