District Manager Benefits:

District Manager Responsibilities:
- Interview, Recruit, Hire, and Train Employees
- Oversee Location Managers
- Create and Maintain Budgets
- Motivate Team and Resolve Conflicts
- Ensure Company Policy, Procedures, and Directives are Executed
- Deal with Vendors, Management, and Employees
District Manager Requirements:
- 2+ Years of Multi-Unit Management Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to Lift 40lbs
- Ability to Work Weekends
- Substantial Travel
- Valid Driver's License
