Restaurant Managers are the leaders of our casual restaurant who oversee all aspects of in-store operations and are responsible for ensuring the store is in exceptional order! A successful Restaurant Manager builds strong relationships with their staff and ensures that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Daily execution of a shift
- Staffing/Scheduling
- Inventory & Ordering
- Managing the Cost of Goods (COGS) and Labor
- Operational compliance with franchise brand standards.
