Engineer Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + annual bonus + profit sharing
- Relocation package
- 3% match on retirement savings
- 26 PTO days

Engineer Qualifications:
- Early career or experienced engineers can apply
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with coursework encompassing hydraulics, wave mechanics, structures, and coastal processes (Master's Degree preferred)
- PE registration preferred or desire to obtain within 5 years
- Around 4+ years of experience in coastal protection/resilience, stormwater management, hydraulic modeling, or similar field
Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering designs for shoreline protection and restoration, jetties, groins, stormwater mitigation, breakwaters, and other waterfront improvements
- Interact with clients, contractors, government and regulatory agencies regarding engineering, permitting, and site development issues.
- Ensure technical aspects of projects meet the quality expectations while also fulfilling the design intent
- Perform site reviews, construction site visits, project manages construction administration.
