Sous Chef Responsibilities Include:
- Creating a welcoming environment for employees and guests!
- Coaching, development, and hiring of the kitchen staff while also developing your personal skills for future growth!
- Adhering to all food safety/quality assurance standards!
- Working in tandem with Kitchen Manager and Executive Kitchen Manager to accomplish store goals!
- Managing the PM side of restaurant service!
- Encouraging a fun culture and having fun!
Sous Chef Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or relative position!
- Ability to communicate and build teams across the entire establishment!
- Prior experience with a creative and extensive menu is a plus!
