Sous Chef Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating a welcoming environment for employees and guests!
  • Coaching, development, and hiring of the kitchen staff while also developing your personal skills for future growth!
  • Adhering to all food safety/quality assurance standards!
  • Working in tandem with Kitchen Manager and Executive Kitchen Manager to accomplish store goals!
  • Managing the PM side of restaurant service!
  • Encouraging a fun culture and having fun!

Sous Chef Qualifications Include:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or relative position!
  • Ability to communicate and build teams across the entire establishment!
  • Prior experience with a creative and extensive menu is a plus!
