Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Take charge and lead by example in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Motivate and empower your team to deliver outstanding service and exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry, particularly in scratch kitchen environments. A background in successful business growth is a plus.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both team members and guests.
