One of your favorite restaurants is in need of an upscale Restaurant Manager. Must be hands-on, excels at working the floor, ability to manage a tenured team, and can confidently ensure the guests love every minute of their experience. We are looking for the best! Our Restaurant Manager positions do not come available often, so we are searching for the best of the best to join our family.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervises all front of house activities
- Oversees and guides a tenured team of over 50
- Oversees guest relations, resolves issues, and follows up with team members, holding all accountable
- Creates and adjusts staff schedules to meet demand and budgets
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation regulations
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' experience in an upscale casual, full-service restaurant required
- Charismatic personality with a natural tendency to lead
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
