We are a very established, full-service, casual restaurant concept is growing and is in search of great managers who want to grow with us! We are currently seeking a qualified Kitchen Manager to join our team. You will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in preparing and serving food. This role will be 2:00-11:00 5 days a week with Sundays always off.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of food-service staff
  • Monitor the quality of products and services produced
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain health standards for raw and finished products

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in a full-service restaurant environment
  • In-depth knowledge of all food safety practices 
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Abolity to train and develop a team
