One of your favorite restaurants needs an upscale Kitchen Manager. Must be hands-on, manage a tenured team, and confidently ensure the team is well prepared and equipped to turn out the highest quality food. We are looking for the best!  

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervises all back of house activities
• Oversees and guides a tenured team of over 30
• Resolves issues and follows up with team members – holding all accountable
• Creates and adjusts staff schedules to meet demand and budgets
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Works to financial guidelines

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

• At least three years of experience in an upscale-casual, scratch-kitchen environment required
• A natural tendency to lead
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
