Our expanding accounting firm is in search of a Tax and Audit Manager. This presents an excellent chance to become a part of a mid-sized CPA firm located in Southern New Hampshire. Our firm places genuine emphasis on cultivating enduring client relationships. While an in-office or hybrid arrangement is preferable, we are open to considering relocation or remote work for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities of the Tax and Audit Manager:
- Analyze financial records to identify potential areas of growth and risk.
- Undertake tax preparation and review tasks.
- Engage in strategic tax planning alongside clients.
- Ensure adherence to IRS regulations and compliance standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
Requirements for the Tax and Audit Manager:
- Preferably hold a CPA certification.
- While not obligatory, a Master's in Taxation is highly desirable.
- EA (Enrolled Agent) license will be considered, as will candidates pursuing CPA licensure.
- Bring 5-8 years of tax-related experience, preferably within public accounting.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in tax and audit matters related to individuals, C-Corps, and S-Corps.
