Our client, a successful insurance agency is looking to add a Producer to its rapidly growing organization.
PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new sales from a variety of prospecting techniques
- Provide outstanding customer service to existing clients
- Market new and existing client policies with insurance carriers we represent
PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:
- Active P&C license
- Previous sales experience
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
PRODUCER COMPENSATION:
- Starting salary while growing your book of business
- 40% commission on new business, 30% on renewals
- 25% commission on first-year life/health business
