Our client, a successful insurance agency is looking to add a Producer to its rapidly growing organization.

PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new sales from a variety of prospecting techniques
  • Provide outstanding customer service to existing clients
  • Market new and existing client policies with insurance carriers we represent

PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active P&C license
  • Previous sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

PRODUCER COMPENSATION:

  • Starting salary while growing your book of business
  • 40% commission on new business, 30% on renewals
  • 25% commission on first-year life/health business
